Auto Transport Process
Initial correspondence is initiated by a dedicated Forten Logistics – Auto Transport Coordinator to Onboard Client, areas of focus will consist of the following:
- Warm Introduction
- Client Need Analysis
- Auto Transport Expectations
- DocuSign Client Agreement
After receiving client’s vehicle details, the dedicated Forten Logistics – Auto Transport Coordinator will perform Due Diligence by analyzing then vetting internal network of auto transporters for the following:
- Reliability
- Insurability
- Cost
- Punctuality
Once the ideal auto transporter has been identified, the dedicated Forten Logistics – Auto Transport Coordinator will provide Client with a Quote.
Client instructs the dedicated Forten Logistics – Auto Transport Coordinator to proceed with the Book of transport services at quoted amount.
Secure payment instructions are sent to Client for digital processing of broker’s fee.
The dedicated Forten Logistics – Auto Transport Coordinator will Monitor the auto transport process from end-to-end ensuring full transparency as well as effective communication with Client.
Client performs a thorough Inspection of vehicle.
After confirming successful delivery, Client makes payment (COD) to Auto Transporter.
After the vehicle has been successfully delivered by the transporter, the dedicated Forten Logistics – Auto Transport Coordinator will Follow Up with Client to confirm seamless deliver.
