In the event of a cancellation, please see our cancellation policy here.

If we cannot get your vehicle moved in the time frame we agreed upon, you have two options:

1. We refund your deposit or
2. We will continue working to get your vehicle moved as soon as possible.

Outside of those circumstances, once Forten Logistics begins working on your order, there are no refunds available.
